Minding Our Boundaries

A two hour workshop for current service users of Amen on Tuesday 26th July at 7pm.

The purpose of the workshop will be to bring into each individual's awareness their boundaries in relationships to others, specifically significant others like their partners/spouse.

This will be a group-inclusive workshop which will encourage the participants to consider the elements which make up a person's boundaries, exploring the physical, emotional, social, psychological, cultural and economic core elements of boundaries.
